Unless Credit is established, we must get paid in full before making final delivery. Payment can be made by one the following methods:- Company Check / Personal Check / Cashier Check / Money Order / Traveler Check / Certified Check. Any of above must be made out to: Payable to Worldwide Ocean & Air Shipping Lines Inc & mailed / couriered to our Head office located at: Worldwide Ocean & Air Shipping Lines Inc 31-07 Starr Ave, Unit #D Long Island City, NY 11101 Alternatively, you can make payment by Cash or Wire Transfer to our account or Direct Deposit to our account or pay by phone. Call or Email us to get Bank Information for wiring or making direct deposits. Wire Transfer payments are subject to a service fee of $50.00 The amount is being debited by our bank for each wire. Note :- If Credit is not approved or payment not received, Worldwide Ocean & Air will not be responsible for any storage/demurrage or any other incidental charges. We must receive credit verification from our bank before the shipment can be delivered. Exception can be made with Authorization given by your Sales Rep. Returned Checks or Payments are subject to a $35 fee. Companies who have established credit with us, must pay their Invoices on or before due date. Interest @ 18% will be assessed on late payments. Failure to pay charges may result in a lien of future shipments, including the cost of storage and appropriate security of security of subsequent shipment held pursuant to civil court. Customer here by agrees that New York law shall control any claim or controversy that may arise between us and that venue for any action between us shall lie only in Queens County, New York Customer further agrees that it may be served outside of New York in order to initiate litigation or arbitration in New York Including, But limited to, litigation in a New York small claims court. |
